I'm trying to update my receiver's software. I downloaded last loader and software from satsw.net website. I conected my PC to the receiver using a cross cable then I turned off then on my receiver after starting the download process. Nothing happened, there is no progress in the process.
My receiver is at the following status
HW 2.0
SW 0.0
ID E224
I will appreciate any help in this matter

Is the cable ok ? Are you using a 9 PIN serial port ?
