Starsat x3500 CUCI Super

I upgrade my reciver starsat 3550 super before two months V352, then I upgrade teh new versuion V353 but the reciver not accept it, I tried with older soft ware and new software up to v360 but teh reciver not accept any software, when I donload the software the message BOOB in PC then I make Ok but the reciver give message for LOAD for 5 second tehn the reciver RESET but without download any software, and teh screen all teh time give L353, I checked the cable and teh PC but booth are working, also the reciver is working, but I cant update new software.

You can test factori reset or load original or something older soft. It was same changes in soft before v350 and new menu is avaible with possibility to vorbitten upgrate. New v360 is OK, my 3500SUPER work with this.

Thanks, but i tried to download old and new software also reset factory but nothing happend, the reciver not accept any software, I used PC editor and IRD tools I changed the computer and I changed the cable but the reciever not accept anytings.

Then I think You have problem with connection (receiver connection port). The StarSat receivers are not very good quality. I have lost both SCART connections after one Year firtst one not working then another. Now I use only vidieo+audio cables but receiver was so cheap that repairing is more expensive then by new.

I changed the cable and the PC and I checked the reciver serial port but I still have the same problem, any one can help me in this problem.
