strange sky card

I am in the process of getting a sky FTV card for my girlfreinds dad in germany
He has dark blue card but with no house on it, is this a P1. He got the box from a independent dealer here in the uk.
 
Yes, sounds like the old card.
 
Thank you for your help. We tried last month to get a new card for him over the phone but nothing has turned up and no payment has been deducted from my account, So i will try again via the web site. Anybody else had any problems?
 
If you give them the old card number on the web site, it should come through in a matter of days and will be pre-activated.
