New Channel Strange video signal at 57 East

At 57 east, 11608 - V - 5453, there is a video signal this morning that cannot be decoded by either the EBSpro player, VLC or Potplayer.
It seems very similar to what happens with ‘Navy TV’ on 15w or similar signals.
Here is some information.

Modecode is 16APSK 8/9 and VPid 259 (no audio PID could be found)
11608 V 5454 - parameter already listed in GS list (Satellites Community board)

Too many images cannot be clearly displayed on 11608 V if you don't have a dedicated app.

I think the apps used for this generic stream are just a stopgap measure, but still a starting point.
I hope I'm wrong.

I thought it was new; I had never seen a video come out of that frequency. I honestly didn't know about the list on that forum (even though I'm a user!).

I may have expressed myself awkwardly... I meant that the frequency parameters were already in the GS list, but a video stream was also new to me on this frequency.
