Help Required Stream over internet

I have aquired hostname from no-ip, and forwarde port 8080 in my router.
It cannot connect, is there something else that must be done?
I have turned off windows firewall, and still no connection.
Tried various port checkers on the internet, and they report that ALL my ports are closed.
Works perfect on my lan.

My vu needs port 900 (that's my web interface) and port 8001 to stream.

I can stream over the lan with
http://192.168.0.3:8001/1:0:1:6C:C9:1:302F75:0:0:0:
above works perfect with VLC

Now I have setup a noip host "acefly.ddns.net"
what is the address now to get the stream over the internet?

You need to port forward in the modem

Probably port 80 & 8001.

the answer is so obvious it makees me think i am thick.
i just had to replace like so
