Streaming to smart TV

If I try with the built in Opera browser to play a stream, for example "http://10.42.0.63:8001/1:0:1:C48C:811:2:11A2B4A:0:0:0:", from my satellite box I get just a black screen. I can stream that to my PC and tablet OK.
Anyone got an idea what i could use?

Do you have the necessary browser extensions installed in Opera and will the TV Opera software allow extensions?
