Which satellites will I receive with 80 cm motorised Technomate perforated dish near Edinburgh

Few news channels in English if you want entertainment TV then 28.2 east is much better.
 
Have a look at the list in my sig. You will get something off virtually all of these on an 80cm in Edinburgh.

Theres not a lot of fta entertainment channels available in English away from 28E as william-1 says, although theres quite a few news channels in English, or have English segments.

If you can get to 52e it's strong but quite low in the sky. Turkmensports has european football, 4x varzesh sports channels have all kinds on mostly in english but very poor video quality. Ava series has drama in english.

My house is south facing dish have to be at the front Can’t go bigger than 80-90 cm as home ministry will kick me out
