hope someone can help me

l was trying to upgrade firmware and channel list for my srt 3610 all seem
to load up ok and come back succ on the unit, but now when l try to switch
the unit on it will not come out of standby mode it is as if the front end
loading program is gone.



If l connect the pc back to the unit it still will upload the firmware and
channel list but nothing else happens still will not switch on stays in
standby mode unit it;s as if it;s looking for something as it;s meant to go
to off and then you can switch it on but it;s stuck, Not power supply as it
was test with a working unit.

worked fine until l try to upgrade...

Have you tried putting the old firmware back on?

no as l didn;t back it up nor do l know where l can get the old one
