Lusaka Zambia
Hello
Am no expert in sattelite dishes but i do know a bit.

I live in lusaka zambia. Am trying to find a signal of a europe beam on eutelsat 16e here in subsahara region.
Can anyone advise me on how to do that if its possible?

Plz help
 
Unlikely, due to frequency re-use. Also, what size dish are you using.

Zambia is a long, long way outside the published footprint. EUTELSAT 16A satellite - downlink coverage - Eutelsat . Europe A, B and C -> no chance, or at least no chance without a silly-sized dish (4m or something like that, but I'm just guessing there and have no idea what size you'd really need, might be 3m, might be 10....).

Hi there welcome to the forum. The chances of being able to receive any of the European beams in Zambia are extremely faint. Certainly with any sensible hobby sized dish you have no chance whatsoever.

You will be better off trying to find a web stream for the desired channel(s)
