subscribing to BSkyB in Germany

Is it possible to get skyUK in germany. Someone told me that i can do it if the account is open in england??

Yes, but for some of the Channels (Most BBC, ITV etc.) you may need a bigger dish than used in the UK.

And the size of the dish required will depend upon a somewhat more precise location than just "Germany"!

You can get most of your channels online. Maybe if you could obtain a uk IP? I think your right, the location in germany depends on what sort of dish you need.

Do you actually want the encrypted $ly channels - i.e. you're willing to pay a subscription? Or would you be satisfied with the free channels such as BBC, ITV, C4 & C5?
