This week and next sees solar interference affecting the more popular satellites above the UK, roughly 30E to 30W, for a period of anything up to 13 minutes.

Yes in fact today is/was already the most accurate day of the sun on the Clarke-belt track.
Had Badr 4 disappearing completely two hours ago, took me half a minute before realising this!
Cloudy days here in NL, so this time no checking how far that tree has grown, but 70.5 East will be next to become shaded.

Sohni Dharti TV eventually reappeared ...and I can usually get this fringe channel 24/7

Sadly Oxygene is still eluding lock ...and I like this channel a lot ..

Unfortunately I'm already out the house by the time it hits in the morning and what's the betting it will be cloudy on Sunday morning when I can finally see exactly where 70.5E is in relation to the neighbours trees.

The UK lies within 49 and 62 degrees North, meaning that for the more southern latitudes, the outages have still to reach maximum.

Yes I did have UK and NL in mind, both being on a similar latitude (NL between 51 and 53 North).
Indeed Spain for example will "peak" in about 3 days.
