Going up four places in the month, knocking me off top spot and collecting a gross 240pts in the process means reigning champion stuzeeuk has signalled his determination to defend his crown and guide Paraletic Athletic to the last PL SupaLiga title.

rolfw has had a fantastic October with Satellite Screwballs, going up to 4th on the back of some canny trading to sit just behind mhku's Mucho Calor Huy.

World Cup winner aamir007, manager of Batley United, is beginning to show his class with a tidy 198pts to go up to 7th at month's end but may be advised to curtail his wheeler-dealing during the run-up to Christmas. pazinho and the Dragoes are also doing well despite a depreciated budget.

You bought in Nani and Carroll for GW9, thus incurring a 4tp. This is the first time I've actually data captured everything (from team history), thus why I've been able to get team values as well, hope it proves illuminating....

i-luv-manutd- absolutely spanked everyone this month as ILM United sky rocketed up five places and into 1st by virtue of less transfers made, denying me and my Dynamos another month's end on top.

Champion stuzeeuk has fallen from top spot in October to 3rd right now, level on points in fact with rolfw's Screwballs as the latter enjoyed the last three weeks with consecutive plus-60 scores.

mhku and Mucho Calor Huy are out of form and fall to 5th with Norm's Donkeytown looking increasingly dangerous as the team from Aberdeen jumped two places up to 6th during the past month.

The five Gameweeks of December were as tough as ever, in no small part due to the near total wipeout that was Gameweek 18. I was lucky enough to come out on top going into 2011, but my Dynamos were nowhere near the best over the festive period.

In fact, the very best and manager of the month is john_graydon who guided Calcio Carlo Ancelotti upto 6th with a gross total points haul of a most magnificent 252pts. That's John's second award this season and he'll be hoping it leads to even greater successes in the months to come.

He'll have to overcome pazinho's Dragoes do Blackburn first though, as the Portguese went up to 5th. rolfw and the Screwballs are holding on for now to 4th, whilst champion stuzeeuk is keeping up the pace in 3rd to make sure Paraletic Athletic keep the pressure on myself and i-luv-manutd-.

The transfer window opened at the start of the month, and shut in the last 24 hours in dramatic style whilst the on-field action kept us all entertained, not least Kenny Dalglish's return to the Anfield hot seat, Man U's opening up of a lead up top, and Chelsea's dodgy form. Oh, and Blackpool confounding all expectations.

In SupaLiga, I've been able to hold on to top spot for the moment but stuzeeuk's Paraletic bunch are not letting up at all, going ahead of ILM into 2nd during the course of the month. However, the Manager of the Month award goes to a recipient with somewhat more humble aspirations at present.

Blatherskite, formerly known as malcolm, has dug himself out of some relatively poor form with Toontastic to get into the top 10, 9th in fact this week on the back a magnificant 112pts in Gameweek 24. Had his GW23 score (26pts) been more in keeping with his January average then Blatherskite would have risen far higher than 2 places.

Norm, manager of Donkeytown, may well feel hard done by in missing out on the award having shot up 3 places to 6th during the course of the month, while john_graydon (Calcio Carlo Ancelotti) has seen an improvement on a disappointing end to '10 with a good start to 2011, now in 4th in front of pazinho and his Dragoes.
