I have recently lost my job as an aerial/satellite installer and i am looking at seting up on a budget in the view of upgrading as i go along.
Now being used to a rover stc that i can't afford to buy i now need to cheaper meters sat and terrestrial.
I have seen the Pro DVB Digital TV Signal Meter on ebay for £100

Seems like it gives most important readings what do you guys think?
I am also looking at the wolsey sat3 again what do you think will these be enough for a budget start up?
