Swiss German channels?

I've recently noticed that I can no longer receive the two Swiss German channels (SF1 and SF2) and HD Suisse. I've run a scan on my system but I still can't pick these up. It's hardly the end of the Wolrd for me, but was wondering if anyone knows why?
 
Have you manually scanned transponder > 12.399h, 27500, 3/4 ?
