switching between encrypted channels

Hi,

I have a problem switching between encrypted channels wihtin the same transponder using viaccess cam, art card on hotbird.

Switching between non-encrypted channels on the same transponder also works fine.

only working with the following sequence
1. ch 1 (encrypted)
2. -ch 2 (Not encrypted)
3. ch 3 (encrypted)
4. ch 4 (not encrypted)

and so no
 
It would help people to suggest a solution if they knew more details about what you do have. For example what version of Viaccess Cam are you using? you need 2.5 what is yours?
What stb is being used, is it a conditional access module or embedded cam?
