The H2Sat satellite appears to have arrived at its location of 0.5°E.

On-station telemetry with frequency 10953,50 V has been activated.

This satellite has LEOP/Emergency S-band telemetry, frequency 2285.973 with circular polarity (unfortunately I cannot receive it as I don't have S-band equipment).

Good find, probably the single 45 MHz transponder available in Ku-band will be right to the TT&C.
• 7 channels with 36 MHz bandwidth each at Ka-band (= appr. 7 x 50 Mbit/s = 350 Mbit/s)
• 1 channel with up to 450 MHz bandwidth at Ka-band (= appr. 1 x 625 Mbit/s)
• [1 ISL (Intersatellite Link) with 36 MHz bandwidth at Ka-band (= appr. 1 x 50 Mbit/s)]
• 1 channel with 45 MHz bandwidth at Ku-band (= appr. 1 x 62 Mbit/s)

Syracuse 4B, should go 6 or 7°W.
Tests are reported at 7°W, while the ITU has issued a concession at 6°W.
The telemetry signals have the frequency 2231,20 (primary) and 2232,40 (secondary) both with circular polarity.

Thanks, I see these slots now in SNL Online (FMS5-...).
So the new Syracuse 4B comes within a few degrees of the old 3B at 5.2°W.
It's similar to the new 4A at 45.5°E, that is near the old 3A at 47.0°E.

Regarding H2Sat, after several deviant TLE's, today finally a TLE was issued that puts it solidly at 0.5°E.
