Depends upon size of dish, orientation of wall and desired arc limits.

Even with 12" T&K, in your circumstances you should be able to track 60 degrees East and West without issue, assuming you are going to use a generic H-H DiSEqC Motor (Which, of itself, increases the standoff from the wall).

Using bigger T&K will look ungainly and add no value.

For increased stability - to save maintenance trips up to the mounting point - you might consider TTK or TKK.

ie A third bracket suitably placed.

Which of those two configurations is best has been debated many times. My own view is that either will do, but others might well disagree!

Got 2 dishes on usals motors on one long pole ...mounted on 2 Ts and 2 Ks . It goes T -K- K- T ..12 inch stand off ..
TD110 at the top ..Orbital 1m midpoint (which is down for maintainance atm)
60E to 60W ...but the Troublesome Tree masks part of the lower Orbitals Eastern arc..
