I just purchased a dragon cam and T.Rex card can anybody tell me what satellite this is so called to unscramble. and what programs I can view confused

Do a google search for predator380 (no spaces) and you should find the latest file, although as mentioned you will not open a lot of channels as official support ended years ago.
You will also need a programmer, either to program the card, or a Cas 3 to program the cam.
