force 516s-cv receiver with frontier 55cm dish set up to 5e 13e 19e 28e

Hi guys n gals i have a T55 dish with Force 516s-cv reciever, have 3 lnbs on at moment at 19.2E 13E and 5E, have my 28E for Sly on seperate dish but linked upto the 4way diseq.... now i,m looking to add another lnb on the T55 for 1w for the Norwegian channels and for Digitv....question is ....is this possible to do on the T55 (i.e big enough to recieve 1w).?
Also where on the arc arm will it go?
Pressume i will have to add another diseq or change the 4way to accomodate the extra lnb..

all lnbs are averaging around 70% sig strength

Hi,

I don't think a 55cm dish will be sufficient for 1W, you may scrape some of the Thor transponders on it though. Give it a whirl, the LNB would go to the right of the 5E one.

A better proposition might be to stick an LNB on there for 28E instead, ditch the minidish and put a larger dish for 1W.

Alternatively go motorised with a bigger dish, and keep the T55 for 28E and a couple of others.
 
Thx Robbo... was thinking(b4 i posted this message) of replacing the 28e dish and adding to T55 with the changes u mentioned but slight probs with the landlord ...have an old 70cm mesh dish to put up in place of the sly dish ( if that will work for 1 w)but the good old landlord got a bit peed off i added the T55 in the first place .....have looked at the T90 as landlord is 79 years old and hope they dont realise the different size lol(looking at it even a blindman can see the difference in size ) ...so maybe the old mesh dish instead of the sly dish ???guess if it is suitable to pick 1w and already up then will go with the hassels it may cause from the landlord...

will the 70cm dish accept the 1w on its own if i do change it over ?..
 
There is a T90, I have one. Not that much bigger than the T55 and I am sure it will give You what You need :)

Have a friend with 8 LNB´s on it, still place for many more.

Mine is down for the moment but hope to get it back up during the summer.
