tango tv problem i get signel then lose it

My Satellite Setup
Technomate 1500ci + 1000d super +
skystar 2 pci card
1M Motorised dish
Ivacon twin lnb
pc + laptop on network
My Location
uk
i tuned it tango tv and get good signal but when store it and come out of menu i lose signel completly any one know whats going on i have to put transponder in manualy
