I know that on Hispasat that work.

I Update my Arion but nothing.

No my friend unfortunely.Only on Hispasat.

Last posts I saw indicate no as they removed dual encrytion transmissions about a week ago.
 
Assuming you mean hispasat then you are incorrect. They are still on Astra 2C at 19E. but not dual encrypted any longer.
