TCM channel with matrix reloaded

hi,i want to watch turner classic movies channel with my matrix reloaded cam(with inserting keys) so where & on which satellites can i watch a TCM channel that speaks english (and has key to enter it in my cam).

Theres a TCM on 19.2e what can work the matrix relaoded cam and it is in english aswell.
 
also on hispasat....
