TD Beep Sound

Is there a way to disable the TD beep sound? it very annoying when you change channel or playing with any remote key... Its too loud especial if you are connected to the Hometheater!

Yep, it's in the set up menu (somewhere - can't check as I am at work) called acoustic feedback. Need to set that to off.
 
In Main Menu, go to System Setup, More System Setup, Remote Control Configuration, and as CJ says, set to off.

and if you do sytem back it will save it as off . so when you need to send cannels ect back to stb tick all and that will be set as of also .
