Had the receiver a month or so. Picture great. But ever since having it.. After a couple of days the time on the front display has disappeared and there are 2 dots there only. A switch off at the back and turn back on sorts the problem out. Remote won't fire it up.
In the settings it is set to NORMAL for standby not Power Saving.

Have loaded an up to date Patch on but it still does it every couple of days..... Is it faulty or just a software glitch? Not seen it reported anywhere else...?
 
I have the same box and it does not do this! It does not sound right to me and I think you may have a defective box.
 
Same here, I have the M1 and M3 models and that has never happened on either receiver.
