Hi

What do you use the Technomate 6900 Lan connection for ? , yes i have it connected to my wireless router , but my PC does not recognize it.

If it can be connected to the Internet how do i do this and is so what is the reason for doing this.

The instructions that come with it are useless as they only tell you that is is there not how to configure anything.

Hi, I don't have a super so can't experiment, but what I have read is that there is a secret menu if you type 8281 while watching any channel. The reciever can then be connected to a server using the Ethernet port via newcamd or something. The software must be magic 6.58 or later.

I haven't a clue what it does though.:confused

I think it is for card sharing; ie hooking up with other ip addresses for illegitimate viewing of pay channels.
