What do you mean by 'unlock' I've never seen an stb with barrel lock on it :confused

I mean how to view the pay channels (For example - channels from hot bird direction) without a card...

There are not any open on Hotbird at the moment indeed most are now secure.

My box says please unlock satellite to view, i cant even change channel all stop (:
