Hi,

I have for sale a Technomate TM-8000 HD Combo receiver with original manual.

This is the model that accepts a 2.5" hard drive in the front behind the drop down flap, it also has all of the other connectivity of the top end Technomate models. The receiver is in excellent condition and is just over one year old having been purchased on 9th April 2011 (warranty registration card with datestamp available).

There are "software updates" available for this model to enable LAN port functionality so it is OK in that respect.

Asking £165 including delivery to UK mainland.

Hello.
I have just joined,this site,and see,that you have,this receiver,for sale!
I was after this receiver,as it has 20,000 channel's,and because i had
a 1224 motor,with Channel Master 1.2m dish.
Due to landlord problem's,i had to sell,the system,due to size,but he said
that maybe,i could have a satellite dish,in the future.
I asked,his ex-brother in law,recently,who is an installer,of satellite's,etc,
if he could have a word,and he said yes-an 80cm!
I asked ex brother-in-law,if he could increase,to a 1m,and he agreed!
I have bought,all the bit's,over the last few month's,and a Technomate
6000 hd-combo receiver.
I have downloaded channel's,but have run,out of room!
I am thinking,of changing,to your receiver,as it also,has a blind-search.
Is it the mark 1 model,and does it have any problem's?
Would you take £150,including delivery,and payment,on Friday 27th?

Moonbase is far more likely to see your Post here than in an unrelated part of the Forum.

But I hope you are able to negotiate successfully ............. once you've done so, Admin will enable your PM facility so you can exchange personal info.
 
Please also remember its the school summer holidays so its quite possible moonbase wont be around for a week or ten days.

Can someone help me,with a query,about my Technomate TM-6900 HD Combo?
I bought it recently,second-hand,and was told it had,all update's.
It has now been installed,but does'nt have all the pids/transponder's.
My Tivu card,and cam,would not work,but after a manual update,they all fine.
I have tried to manually put in,the figure's,again after downloading channel's,but
as soon,as i touch,any number's,on remote,it switches off receiver,goes to tv,then
switches back,to satellite channel,again.
I have found,that last update,was in 2010,and not last year's,in end of 2011.
Technomate said it was caused,by going over channel memory limit,but i'm only
just over 9,000!
I have just downloaded Turksat,too,without any problem's!
I am currently getting 42 East-30 West,but want the feed's,etc.
When i download,last year's download,will this cure problem?,or is there,another
problem?
I want to buy a Technomate 8000hd combo,with 20,000 channel's,and a blind-
search.
Is there still problem's,or was it fixed,with last download?
Also,is it worth having a Quali-Tv receiver,for 4:2:2 feed's?
What is different,to normal feed's?

Thanks for the offer of £150 delivered but I would need to get the full asking price of £165 with payment by bank transfer or cash on collection.

I want your receiver,and would now,be prepared,to pay,the full-price of £165.00,and can do,a bank transfer,
but something now,has come up,which mean's,i would need,untill the 28th of August,to pay the balance!
I would like,to pay a small deposit,for you to hold,untill then,if possible?
I'm not a time-waster,and have a 100% feedback,on ebay,with a score of 1627,at present!

No thanks, I am not not interested in holding for a small deposit.

I am going to try to sell the receiver elsewhere. Can an admin please mark this thread as closed?
