What patch have you installed on it? where did you get the patch from?
If it is not patched then it is FTA only

My friend have that receiver and he was watching coded channels but after factory defaults it is not opening anything so i am thinking that it needs patch to be enabled because most of technosat receiver need their patch to be enabled
