Teleco magicsat 2000a antenna does not move anymore

A few months ago we bought a motor-home with a Teleco Magicsat 2000A automatic motor satellite dish. The first times I turned the system on, the antenna worked perfect only did not find any satellite. After changing the search criteria of the satellite positions the dish turned and turned until it came to a stop because it was blocked by parts on the roof from the motor-home. After a wile the dish landed on his back on the roof. A few days later I wanted to try again and now the dish was parked in the park position. Again I changed the search criteria to the following coordinates Telecogroup/Teleco - Klantenondersteuning and now the dish stays in parking position and there is no movement what so ever. Does someone know what the problem is? I checked the fuses of the black box and they are ok.
 
The problem is you have broken it.

Can you take some pictures of the outdoor system and any closeup of damage, which may be twisted or broken components.

First impression is that (aside from drive circuitry within the positioner) you may have caused the demise of the base unit by overloading the power circuit, which might not trigger a fuse failure.

The Telco website requires registration before anyone before gaining access to the manuals/downloads or support pages.

There are a couple of thread on this forum regarding the successor (2002) but they are around ten years old. Might help you.

Btw my ex-boss has fitted the Telco systems over the years and has donated a number of items from them (probably more to do with me having a bit of space to store hardware).

This would be an indication that the motor has stripped out the drive unit, or the internal limit switches have been damaged, if no fuses were blown, and the unit is getting power, then there is a good chance it is a bad motor.

One question, how did the dish land on it's back? Was this due to stripped bolts?
