They've had some sort of service on 16E for as long as I can remember, but it rarely if ever showed anything of substance - perhaps this was what they were leading up to?

When last in France, traditional Bars had mostly been turned into "Sports Bars" with Betting Desks and continuous TV coverage of all sorts of Horsey related stuff: I guess this is a trend spreading across other Countries, of which the TeleIppica Service may well be a part.
