Using two VU+ DUO 4K SE, a VU+ DUO 2 and an Octagon SF8000.
Fixed dishes at: 42 E (0,75 m), 28,2/28,5 E (1,8 m), 19,2 E (1,5 m), 13 E (1,1 m), 9 E (0,7 m), 5 E (1,2 m) and 1 W (0,7 m).

Data 11280H28600 should be Nord beam... check it.

The satellite charts seem certain that both satellites are in use @ 15 west,
Telstar 12 Vantage mainly aimed at the America's Our Fleet-Satellite Services for Broadcast-Telecom-Corporate-Government-Satellite Services in North America-South America-Asia-Europe-Ka Band-Ku Band | Telesat
Telstar 12 mainly aimed at Europe,
I suppose Telesat have not forgot at time when they lost Telstar 11 @ 37.5 west ending up with an elliptical orbit for the final years with a couple of Romanian channels until 11N was launched Feb 2009,
Telesat had a period of about 6 to 7 years with nothing being transmitted from 37.5 west so now they are covered for now,
Telstar 12 expires geostationary activity by October 2016.
So maybe all the new transponders come from Vantage ?

This was accepted by our FCC for consideration today, 15 April 2016, even though it was filed last February. No details of what they intend to do.
