this is the frequency of Canal Digitaal's shared Cartoon Network/TCM channel. These channels have been dropped from the package since yesterday July 1st and will probably carry "Schlager TV" or "het gesprek", channels which will be added to the CD package soon.
looks like it's still showing Cartoon Network...
 
Ah. the logo I didn't recognise. Usually Cartoon Network has a different one.
