Hi all,

I need a small favor. Apparently, I have a starsat receiver! I finally found that out. So, I'm getting TPS (Hotbird 13E) and although CPremi and Boomerang, and M6 are all fine so far, BUT Multivision suddenly started giving an interrupted picture. Almost, as though the dish has been moved and signal is weak.

So, do u think the software changed? Coz i'm still getting M6 and C Premi, and Boomerang fine. Or is there something wrong with the freq?

I've been told that my dish might need to be realigned. Any guess how I might be able to do this exactly? Can i use a GPS device based on lyngsat?

How long is it between interruptions, and does the picture just go or does it go blocky first? If your stb has an on screen signal strength meter and you view that does the signal remain contant or does it fluctuate violently?

Well I may be completely wrong but I suspect that they are going NDS

I saw exactly the scenario you mention a few years ago when Sirius went to videoguard encryption
