The Barnacle

Dreadful. Wonder how it would stand up to a cordless drill and a cobalt steel bit.

Just call out AutoGlass on your insurance.

And a further thought. What if the suction from the device finds a weakness in the screen and causes said screen to crack? Bet the purveyors of misery wouldn't be responsible!

Well it would not work with some cars, as I am looking into what is called "Private registration" this is where I truly own my car or truck.

You see you all do not outright own your car or truck, the state or government does, why do you have to pay registration fees to the state or government, you may make payments to the bank or other loan company's when you purchased the car or truck but you do not outright own it, this is how they can tow it way if they want to, they own it so they can do what they want to with it.

If they didn't outright own it you could have then arrested for theft of private property.

When you by the car or truck you get a certificate of ownership or pink slip, this is not a sales recite like you get if you buy a toaster, as you have to go through auto registration possess when you buy it, or transfer of title when you sell it, this is telling the government that their property is being transferred to a new person.

Anything that uses suction can be disabled with something as primitive as a BBQ skewer or sharpened knitting needle.

I'll tell SWMBO

Bugger all parking regulations round here since the council got rid of all the enforcement team a couple of years ago to save money........ Cars park for as long as they like anywhere.

You are probably correct, but in case they are using a very strong rubber suction cup, a gas blow torch to heat the tip of the skewer or needle would make it easier to puncture ;)
