The Brass Monkey - weather - Thread

The images from the iPod 6 are about 2MB each, if I try shrinking them to under 1M the laptop converts them to a format the forum does not understand.

I use my iPhone to email the photo to myself first, that way I can reduce the size of the photo and get around the "Contents doesn't match the format" issue.

You could try the Snipping tool in Windoze.

On an Apple ?

The iPod 6 has limited tools within it as standard, I can't take lower definition images from the start which is a disadvantage when pitched against the Android samsung I was using up to a month ago, I'll search for an app that might do the job and keep it on one device before posting.

Already 15C here in t'Repooblic today, but there's a fair old breeze.

Only 7C here and steady rain. Just lit the log burner after picking up a fresh supply of seasoned peasants from the village...

Just started raining, which the garden needs.

Homebrew is kept safely indoors

The bottles on the roof contain the water that drips from the tap in the kitchen (and sometimes the bathwater)

Waste not want not.

Fully flowered, but I've also spotted some blackfly on a few. Looking into ways of eradicating them before it spreads.

Soapy water doesn't get rid of them completely (must be the wife's BO), but I have some outside help

I forgot to move the beans into somewhere safe yesterday. I'm not going to open the hatch until things die down a bit

Can't believe the change in the weather ..
It's June FFS ...

Whats going on ?
Sideways rain atm ..and dancing dishes..
Even the cats refused to step through the door...and who could blame them.
