the enigma of "Different Buyer Version"

dear friends
i have euromax em5000(silver). basically it is dizipia dz4000, having Nec61120 series cpu( 61115gm on board) 6000ch,fta.its clone are starsat190d,superstar120s-s, superlazer sl10000,supersat 14950fta and orion.now i want to upgrad my receiver with starsat190d it computer says "different buyer version"
what it means. can any body fix that problem because both have same hardware.

different boot,so you have to use a bootfile first of starsat 190D and then you can use the firmware

currently superstar120s-s 23-3-2006 software is tranferred without boot.i tried starsat190d boot and superlazer sl10000 but the " different buyer version" appears. in fact iwant crypto emu which i don't have inthis software.and starsat190d software have. so any expertise

1- Put your IRD OFF.
2- Load the file "masterboot.mem" of starsat 190d. Send it and put your IRD ON. At the end, it will not boot. Put it OFF again.
3- Send Starsat 190D boot.bin file.
4- Send the firm of starsat 190D.
