The First Spacewalk

Good spot AS . . . Amazing, when you read any of the stories of the exploits of those early astronauts and cosmonauts it makes you realise how brave they were. It seems that on a lot of these flights they were having to "wing it" at times just to survive, or worse, to get one over on the "other side"! I'm not sure in todays "health and safety" (western) world we would allow humans to put themselves through the levels of risk that these guys did.
