It may have been a safe(ish) bet, but I for one would still not see much if any of the Rupe show even if it was FTA.
Tend to spend too much time on here.:-doh!

Due to my low-techy-ness, I plumped for the fta option. This may change through time if I ever understand what some of the forum topic titles stand for...let alone whether I like them or not. (cant get the smilies to work...which are fan-tastic, by the way. Imagine the monkey peepee one...dunno what it means...I just like it.)...(< ---then imagine a stickoottongue one here...then a wink one here ----- >)

how low tech can one man be? hehe

alex, my guess is either that you are not talking sateillte (ie, you mean cable or something else ...) or else you are talking about cardsharing. i would conjecture that S*y can do damn all about combating cardsharing over-the-air, as they have not done anything about it since the possibility came to life

Its always "a friend of a bloke down the pub's grandmothers sister knows a chap who has hacked Sky". Theres never any positive proof, and it all evaporates like morning mist when the challenge "ok we will believe it when you show us" goes down...

Anything belonging to Mr. Murdoch. Be great to be a fly on the wall when he found out:)
Although I probably wouldn't watch much. Since getting motorised, I can only just keep up with the channels on my fta box and I spending all my time watching the winter olympics on my old analogue box at the mo.
(The joys of modern technology eh??)

Sky Italia was compromised via their now disused Seca system
