The meaning of "MR key"

Hi , I want to knew the meaning of MR "Matrix Reloaded Degital Key" and how to change these key in my receiver Technomat 1500 CI+ super.please help me ......thanks...............

Matrix Reloaded Degital Key is in decimal system,
all u need to do is to change these digits into HEX system.
such as :
255=FF
123=7B
088=58
...
