This is an update to your PC directly from MS, if you do not want to upgrade to windows 10 automatically then take a look for this hidden folder.

Many sites are reporting that Microsoft is forcing the Windows 10 update on everyone currently running Windows 7 & 8. Even if you choose not to upgrade, the files (3gig worth) are being included in your Windows updates.

This is pretty dam sneaky of Microsoft and is just another reason for people to abandon this company. Putting files on your computer in a hidden file without first telling you what that update is or what it is for shows this company has no morals, ethics or concern for the wants and needs of the end user.
The updates went out in the August update batch. If your computer was covertly infected with this unwanted update material, you can delete it from your computer once you turn on "hidden files".
Go to "Control Panel" and click "Folder Options" then "View" "Hidden Files"
Then go to C:\ and look for a folder entitled $windows.~BT
If you see it and have no intention on upgrading to Windows 10 you can delete it.

Now here is the sticky part, this folder is protected (in some cases) with special Admin privilege so you can't erase the folder, I have tried, I am the only Admin on one PC, I can't delete the folder, it says that I do not have the Admin rights to do so.
If you come up with this folder and can't delete it it may not be too late as some of the folders inside the main one are still empty, I would advise those that do NOT want to go to windows 10 automatically to shut off the "Auto updates" to that PC.
This only affects those running windows 7 and 8.
