Have a look at the engines developed by this company. In theory if there was a satellite failing they could fly up there, bring it back to earth, fix it, refuel it then fly it back again!

Also according to sly news it could "reduce the cost of launching a satellite by more than 10 times"

Had this in mind the other day.
Was also thinking about modular satellites where you can fly new parts and attach them to existing tech already up there.
Would certainly save a lot of money.
