Had quite a heavy storm during the night, which tripped the electric. Very gloomy now with rain on and off and 15C. From the European radar it looks like there's still plenty of nasty weather to come.

It's now gone very dark, here, and the rain is pouring, no sign of the thunder, and lightning, yet, but it doesn't look very good.
I'm still waiting for this hot, dry, summer, they keep promising, only been waiting 3 years !!!!!!!!!

The vast majority of storms at the moment are in the Warwickshire/Northmptonshire area plus a huge group of them in the channel. Its dry here but ugly-----or is that just me.

I'm currently situated about 8 kilometres outside of Reims, France, and it's a nice day outside, the sun is shining and the birds are singing, it's around 22 degrees C according to the weather app on my phone

Well it started raining about half an hour ago, but steadily rather than torrentially.

Just had about fifteen minutes of heavy rain, garden now waterlogged, but nothing too serious.

And today is the village carnival, including a procession of open floats with everybody dressed up.

Heavy rain here now, had a brief storm earlier.
Looks like this rain is going to last a long time, as the sky is dark grey!!!!!!!!

A few spots here but nowt worth writing home about - I barely noticed them as I was digging up the weeds in the bed by the front door.....

The weather radar has a big band of rain about 50 miles to our south tho....
