IMHO, a brilliant parody of the early series (esp, NG) of Startrek (also, many reviews on other forums - some like it, some don't) but more intuitive than many of those. All we need is for "Jean-Luc" to pop-up "somewhere, sometime, somehow" for another "temporal anomoly" to occur

Couldn't get the link in post 1 to open but that seems to refer the the Startrek Discovery series.

That's the one. The thread on discovery was archived though (Orville is far superior in characters and storylines)
