..Been trying to capture this for over 12 months ...freak conditions maybe ??
captured and logged into the F15 at approx 11.20 pm ...it remained locked for 7 minutes ..then gradually came and went out of lock ...by 11:30 pm ..it had totally gone..
But at least I have some pics ..and its now in the F15 channel list

A bit of both I supsect st1
There is an intended lobe directed over Europe ..and I get many channels on it ...but this unencrypted Caracol transponder is usually well below threshold even for the F15 ..but for some reason became lockable for a short period last night ..
It may well be I can repeat this ..now that I know its peak time ...but suspect the clear night and weather might have played a part..
We shall see..

...Now _this_ is interesting ..
Alsolutely nothing from Carocol since it vanished about 11:30 last night ..
but left the F15 on channel ..
Sometime between 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM it locked again ..
Luckily the F15 keeps the last image on-screen ...so I can post another photo ..with the signal loss info superimposed ..
But this does mean I should get a brief 5 > 10 minute window every 12 hours ...
curiouser and curiouser ..
I'm guessing sat wobble ....but maybe it _is_ the weather ??
The beam passes over Ireland remember ...so who knows whats currently happening out at sea to the west..

Try also 3.924 v SR 6.620 3/4 it is stronger than Caracol here in Austria....

Hi Montafon ..
No problems receiving the Enlace transponder ...
I've had that one since day one of converting the dish to Cband ...
In the begining I was using a low gain tuner and and a pauxis lnb ..and reception could be tricky ...but now I have that one 24/7
