Thor channel loss

Yesterday I have lost all my channels on THOR :-Nooo my box which I am using is technomate 5400 CI + super and I am using usb to patch it.
Could someone tell me what went wrong and help me out.

DigiTV have knocked out the Auto Update. (No surprise at Christmas )

You have to put the keys in manually for the time being..

Keys don't remove stored channels though do they?

Nova Sports is also transmitting at lower signal levels than normal, for some reason other channels ok with software
