titanium EXE?

I'm no expert at this, but is it not posible to make a file for titanium similar to the M-II.exe file? If this would help NOT to make any keys or hex-files public?
If you understand what i mean?
 
I prefer .hex, because at the end of the day you know what are you putting in your card, other wise .exe could be a virus!!!
