The PSP's massive screen is great for watching films, you can already buy UMD movies and through the use of much encoding and messing around with PCs you can watch almost anything on your PSP. But soon our friends across the pond will be able to transfer their recorded television shows straight to their PSP's.
How you ask? Using the existing TiVo service, which is basically Sky Plus for Yanks. According to the New York Times, the TiVo company plans to announce the new feature on Monday which will allow users to transfer recorded television shows straight to Sony's sexy handheld, bypassing the annoying process of renaming and encoding files yourself.
