Hi I'm looking to buy a Tivu system and would like to know if I can use an existing sky dish to pick up the satellite signal from Hotbird 13 degrees east I think. I'm thinking of using a Sky LNB offset using one of these multi LNB holders but...

I don't have the confidence of previous experience. So I'd like to know about how I can go about fitting the LNB in the right place and whether the dish is large enough for the signal capture.

Any help/advice will be appreciated.

Hello Pendragon.
I think you can use that dish to 13º, but I don't know If you'll have to buy a bigger dish that you have with Sky.

Whilst fitting an offset LNB to a Sky minidish is feasible to pick up 13E on it as well ( I have tried it the other way round), the signal will be barely sufficient. Either get a bigger dish, or have two dishes. Another one like whatever you have now should be OK.
