Tivusat is not a pay television, no subscription required.
It is intended to broadcast italian DTT on satellite for all those people having poor terrestrial reception.
So your card does not need renewals as a subscription. But they often change cards for security reason. When they do that, they send new card to all registered users and deactivate the old one. So you must be able to get the new card, possibly sent to the user address to which the card was assigned.
I suggest you to contact the user and ask him if he received a new card or possibly any email or letter from Tivusat.

a. Till when did it function properly?
b. Do you have a gold card or a blue card, or another color?
c. Are you using it in a receiver supplied by Tivusat, or in another receiver? If in another receiver: in a CAM (Conditional Access Module) supplied by Tivusat, or directly in a card slot?

I would also ask do you have a satellite dish pointing at Hotbird 13°E?
form another receiver, what I'm looking for is VAT number and address to activate the Card.............

This is why you were told to buy a pre-activated card and Tivusat Receiver or CAM.
Which receiver are you using? It is difficult to help if you won't answer these simple questions. You also didn't answer my question about the dish.

But I was asking my questions for a reason, as more than VAT and address is needed to activate the Tivusat card.
