It's mainly Mexican shows dubbed in Brazilian Portugese
 
Are you still getting this? I made channel search and found 2 "channels" STV Noticias and maybe old TLN Network thought f15 name it TV1 - 10747 as it usually name channels what doesnt give signal enough or using indefinite modulation etc.
ACM/VCM?? So no audio/video says f15.
